The Lead Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Salesforce team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Landmark’s group-wide Salesforce capability. The vision is to create a single authoritative view of customer activities across all of Landmark’s group businesses whilst also creating a seamless experience for the customer themselves.
The Salesforce platform along with supporting applications from AppExchange is also going to provide the foundation for back-office transformation programmes across the group. Standard functionality such as Sales, Service and Marketing cloud will be extended to support Pricing & Invoicing capabilities.

We are seeking an innovative individual with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with key/senior stakeholders to understand their needs and capitalise on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform.
You will also have:
Previous Salesforce administration experienceCertified Salesforce.com Administrator (Advanced Administrator is highly desirable)In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully extended those capabilities using the AppExchangeStrong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionalityStrong analytical skills, particularly around understanding complex requirementsStrong stakeholder management skillsGreat people leader
