PART-TIME COVER SUPERVISORS ENFIELD

Position: Cover Supervisor
Type of work: Supporting the supervision of students in the absence of their classroom teacher, handing out assignments/materials
START DATE: ASAP
Contract type: Flexible
Minimum rate of pay: 80£-£90 a day
Hour: 8 am-4pm, 830am-330pm (term time only)

Prospero Teaching are actively seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in various Ofsted Good, mixed secondary schools starting ASAP, on a full-time or part time basis. We work around YOUR schedule, if you are only available one day a week, we can accommodate this for you!
What is a cover supervisor?
Cover supervisors are essentially unqualified cover teachers (no previous experience required) who are able to take the responsibility of the full-time class teacher if the full-time class teacher is absent. Ensuring that the students are getting on with the work, monitoring the classes, recording any behavioural issues, taking the register, etc.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
The school are mixed, Ofsted Good secondary schools located in the borough of Enfield. They demographic is reflective of the local area, students are engaged and bright, enjoy their education and want to learn. The position is open to both experienced cover teachers as well as graduates with minimal education experience. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
