Are you passionate about making a positive and lasting difference in young people's lives? We are currently seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a dynamic team in providing care and support to vulnerable children with complex needs. Their children's homes operate 24/7, offering a family-type atmosphere to promote the healthy development and adjustment of children aged 7 to 18, mainly in their mid-teens.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and protect children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Participate in a variety of domestic tasks, including shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Engage children in meaningful activities both inside and outside the home.

Assist with educational tasks and the development of independence skills.

Communicate effectively with team members, children's families, and other professionals.

Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

A competitive salary ranging from £26,980 to £28,000, plus additional compensation for sleep-ins.
