We are looking for a Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager to join a leading group of reputable fashion brands. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract based in Watford. You will be responsible for the management of the administrative purchasing of footwear and apparel for the company. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
Customer and supply chain administration Customer liaison correspondent Management of invoices and POs Logistical coordination and management of brands Working with the design team for compiling line lists Coordinating samples from development Preparing margin sheets Handling warehouse allocation and delivery Working to resolve quality issues by implementing quality improvement initiatives and conduct regular inspections and audits. It is important you are self-motivated and a team player to be able to effectively collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers and the product development team. You must have relevant industry experience and highly proficient IT skills.
