Role: Sales Director - EMEA Location: London Package: £100,000 - £120,000 + Package The Advocate Group are confidentially leading the search for a Sales Director on behalf of a global Home Textiles organisation. The business are looking to expedite growth throughout EMEA and need an experienced hands-on Sales Director to drive growth direct to retail and through key distribution partners. Key Responsibilities: Drive the opening of new retail accounts and swiftly convert them into sales, leveraging existing relationships and effectively showcasing our products and services. (Focus: UK, France, Iberia, Italy) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business expansion and collaboration. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and expand our network. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in Europe. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies. Lead and mentor the European sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets and objectives.
