Due to client demand, this is an attractive opportunity for a senior employment lawyer seeking a varied workload in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will deliver on some or all of the following:
advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters. draft contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, policies, and procedures. advise on employee and worker status including IR35. advise on disciplinary and grievance processes. advise on discrimination and whistle-blowing cases. assist with TUPE transfers, business restructures, redundancies, and other corporate transactions. support the defence of Employment Tribunal claims. enforcement/defence of restrictive covenant claims. handling senior exec severances. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
