Talent Attraction Specialist
Role: Talent Attraction Specialist (12 Month FTC)

I am currently looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist for a leading property business in London. Reporting into the People Development Director you will provide full operational recruitment advice and support to the business, delivering a consistent and considered approach to all aspects of the recruitment process from attraction to offer. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
A background in recruitment within property / real estate is a must for this role!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment including shortlisting, screening, selection, evaluation, and hire.Develop our employer brand to help attract the best, most diverse talent whilst incorporating our core values.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and determine the talent needs in their team.Lead effective recruitment campaigns that help meet the company’s strategic objectives.Manage third party relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.Support with drafting job descriptions and advertsUpskill hiring managers to ensure robust candidate evaluations.Develop relationships with universities and lead on our University Roadshow project.Support the graduate and work experience programmes.Ensure candidates are provided with an exceptional experience.Track progress of vacancies and applicationsPro-actively identify, build, and maintain talent pipelines.Drive talent attraction projects for continuous improvementProduce reporting on vacancies and recruitment activities.Due to the high numbers of applicants, we aren’t always able to provide feedback, if you do not hear from us in 2 weeks’ time, please assume you have not been successful.
