Our client, based in High Wycombe is looking for FULL TIME and PART TIME TEMPORARY customer service executives for approximately 5-6 months (Monday – Sunday) This role is to support customers with order processing, troubleshooting and general enquires.
If you are a student or graduate and looking to obtain part time hours to fit around studies, we can accommodate this.
Please note – Once trained, this role can be HYBRID or OFFICE BASED!
* Provide first-line support to help customers diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment.
* Navigate problems, arrange for a field service technician, and supply spare parts when required.
* Provide prompt, informative, detailed support to customers via phone and email.
* Support with problems logically and with good judgement and process.
* Effectively communicate with customers regarding orders, ensuring clarity and understanding of the required work.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional equipment and service teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of customer support and satisfaction.
* Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.
Your working hours & shifts:
* March to September/October
* Working hours are flexible (Minimum of 12 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week).
* To ensure that we match customer demand, we’ll schedule your work based on a variety of shift patterns between Monday and Sunday
* Rota’s are provided (hours to be worked can be amended depending on business needs).
* An initial 2 week training period is provided, along with ongoing support to develop your product knowledge and support credentials.
